Allowing the Wildness
.
Sometimes it’s as if the entire world is having a bad hair day. Nothing lays the way you think it should. Everything is unkempt and unruly, a tangled thicket of brambles and brush.
Let it be.
Hurling your discontent against it only makes it worse.
Let it be. There are other things to which you may attend. Go sort through your treasure box. See what is there that you have forgotten. Pull out a strand of long ago gems and savor their gleam and their color. Find your stash of bright tomorrows.
When you come back, the now will have cleared and surprise you with pockets of flowers.

Really enjoyed this thought today! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, Timothy. I never know what’s going to roll off my pen when I sit down to write these, and it’s very encouraging to know they made it “home” when I send them out.
